COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
General• The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without providing a detailed explanation.
• All commissions are delivered as digital files only. No physical products will be shipped.Copyright, Usage & Credits (Personal Use)• The Artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all commissioned artwork.
• The Artist reserves the right to display, publish, reproduce, and use the artwork for portfolios, social media, promotional materials, publications, and other business-related purposes.
• The Client may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
• The Client may not reproduce, distribute, resell, mint as NFTs, train AI models with, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork without obtaining a commercial license from the Artist.
• The Client may post the artwork on personal social media accounts provided that proper credit is given to the Artist.
• Requests for private commissions or non-disclosure of the artwork may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
• The Artist may create process images, speedpaints, work-in-progress posts, or videos featuring the commission unless a privacy agreement has been purchased.Layered Files• Layered source files (PSD, CSP, etc.) are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.
• Source files may not be redistributed, shared, modified, or transferred without written permission from the Artist.Commission Process• The Artist will contact the Client when the commission is ready to begin.
• Payment is required before work starts unless otherwise agreed.
• A sketch or preliminary draft will be provided for approval.
• Once the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments may be requested without additional charge.
• The Artist may provide progress updates throughout the creation process at their discretion.Completion Time• Completion time varies depending on complexity, workload, and project scope.
• Estimated delivery may range from a few days to weeks (depends if there is a backlog of orders).Rush Orders• Expedited deadlines may require an additional fee.
• Rush order fees and deadlines must be agreed upon before work begins.Minor Revisions• Small changes such as color corrections or minor details may be requested after completion at no extra cost, within reasonable limits.Major Revisions• Significant changes involving composition, poses, character redesigns, or major alterations may incur additional fees.
• Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work continues.Artwork Delivery• Upon completion, the Artist will provide the final artwork in the agreed file format and resolution.
• The Client is encouraged not to publicly share full-resolution files unless permission has been granted by the Artist.Refund Policy• Due to the nature of digital artwork, refunds are generally not available.
• Refunds may only be issued at the Artist's discretion under exceptional circumstances.
• If the Artist is unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the stage of completion.Confidentiality• Both the Artist and the Client agree not to disclose each other's personal or contact information to third parties without explicit consent.Acceptance of Terms• Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
• By commissioning the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
